1. What is Prepeet

Prepeet is a culinary assistance application designed to reduce the mental load related to meals.

Cooking is not complicated.
What is exhausting is having to choose what to cook, over and over again.

Prepeet helps transform this moment of doubt into simple decisions tailored to:

  • what you already have in your fridge,

  • your energy level,

  • your real time,

  • your personal or family organization.

In order to function properly, Prepeet processes certain personal data, described below, in compliance with GDPR and Google Play requirements.

2. Collected Personal Data

Depending on your use of the application, Prepeet may process the following data:

Account Data

  • Email address

  • Username / first name

  • Encrypted password (via Firebase Auth)

  • Application language

Usage Data

  • Culinary preferences and exclusions

  • Generated recipes

  • Schedule (morning / afternoon / evening)

  • Groups, guests, and task distribution

  • Credits used (subscription or packs)

Technical Data

  • Connection data and minimal technical logs

  • Device identifiers (non-advertising)

  • Data necessary for security and fraud prevention

Optional Data

  • Phone number only if SMS verification is enabled

  • Notifications (if permitted by the user)

4. Credits, Subscriptions, and Fair Usage

Subscription Credits

  • The credits included in a subscription do not roll over from one cycle to another.

  • If the subscription ends, remaining credits remain usable until the balance is exhausted.

  • No new credit is added without an active subscription.

Credits Purchased in Packs

  • Credits purchased in packs accumulate.

  • They do not expire.

  • They are neither transferable nor refundable.

Payments & Refunds

  • Payments are processed exclusively by Google Play.

  • No automatic refunds are provided by Prepeet.

  • A goodwill gesture may be considered on a case-by-case basis, according to the store's policy.

5. Images and Generated Content

The images provided in Prepeet are automatically generated from the textual description of the generated recipes.

  • They are only meant to provide a visual idea of the dish

  • They do not constitute a contractual photo

  • They may contain approximations

6. AI & Responsibility

The content generated by Prepeet may contain errors.

The user remains responsible for:

  • checking ingredients and allergens,

  • adapting quantities,

  • observing hygiene and cooking rules.

Prepeet does not provide any medical or dietary advice.

7. Security and Fraud Prevention

Prepeet implements technical and organizational measures to:

  • secure access,

  • prevent abuse (multi-accounts, credit diversion),

  • ensure data integrity.

Certain data (email, identifier, phone if enabled) may be retained even after account deletion, solely for security and fraud prevention purposes, in accordance with GDPR.

9. Subcontractors

Depending on the features used, Prepeet engages the following subcontractors:

  • Firebase / Google Cloud (authentication, database, hosting - EU)

  • Cloudinary (image storage and processing)

  • Twilio (SMS - if enabled)

  • AI services via secure proxy (no proprietary model training)

No personal data is sold.

10. User Rights (GDPR)

In accordance with GDPR, you have the following rights:

  • access

  • objection

  • portability (under certain conditions)
